Enjoy indoor activities such as visiting The Smith Memorial Library, Chautauqua Book Store, The Comedy Center, The Reg Lena Center for the Arts and more. This three bedroom, two and a half bath condo sleeps 8 if you use the sleeper sofa. The main level has an open living room, kitchen and dining area plus a half bath. Cozy up to the gas fireplace during your stay! The lower level has two bedrooms, two baths plus laundry and up from the living room is a third loft bedroom. Annual condo dues, taxes and insurance are less than it would cost to rent for two weeks. Wi-fi & cable tv are included so there are no additional costs. There is designated parking for each North Shore condo. Additional time share intervals are also available. Time share units are not pet friendly.
