ABT Festive Homes Contest - Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
The ABT Festive Homes Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Anthony Butera Team ("Sponsor").
The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of New York State who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and own or reside in a qualifying residential property located in Monroe County, New York, or have permission from the homeowner to submit the property.
Employees, agents, owners, officers, and team members of the Sponsor, anyone involved in planning or administering the Contest, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Immediate family includes spouses, parents, siblings, and children.
One entry is permitted per household. Each entry may include up to two photographs. Multiple household members may not submit separate entries for the same property. A household may receive only one prize.
3. Contest Timeline
All times are Eastern Time.
Contest opens: November 3, 2026
Entry deadline: December 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Public voting begins: December 9, 2026
Public voting ends: December 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Winners announced: December 16, 2026
Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the schedule if necessary. Any changes will be communicated through the official Anthony Butera Team Facebook Page or other official Sponsor channels.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must submit the required entry information and up to two photographs of their decorated residential property through the official Contest entry process.
Required information may include the entrant's name, email address, property address, community, and submitted photographs.
Entries must be received by December 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Late, incomplete, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
Photographs should clearly show the home's holiday decorations. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that submitted photographs are their own or that they have permission from the photographer to submit them.
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they own the property, reside there, or have permission from the homeowner to enter it in the Contest.
5. Public Voting
Eligible entries will be featured as individual photo posts on the official Anthony Butera Team Facebook Page.
One standard Facebook Like on an official entry photo equals one vote for that entry.
The following rules apply:
Voting takes place December 9 through December 13, 2026, ending at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Anyone with a Facebook account may vote by selecting the Like reaction on one or more official entry photo posts.
Each Facebook account may contribute one vote per entry. A person may vote for multiple entries.
Only the standard Like reaction counts as a vote. Love, Care, Haha, Wow, Sad, and Angry reactions do not count.
Comments, shares, and reactions on reposts or other pages do not count.
Likes must be made directly on the original entry photo post published by the Anthony Butera Team Facebook Page.
Likes received after the voting deadline will not count.
Participants may encourage friends, family, and others to vote. However, purchased votes, automated voting, fake accounts, or other fraudulent methods of increasing votes are prohibited.
Sponsor reserves the right to review voting activity, disregard fraudulent or otherwise invalid votes, and disqualify entries involved in vote manipulation.
At the close of voting, Sponsor will determine the final Like totals on each official entry photo post. The three eligible entries with the highest number of valid Likes will be declared the first-, second-, and third-place winners, respectively.
In the event of a tie for a prize placement, the tied entries will receive the same placement and prize value, and any lower placement will be adjusted accordingly. Sponsor reserves the right to make a fair and reasonable determination if a tie cannot be resolved under this provision.
Sponsor's determination of eligible votes, final vote totals, and winners will be final.
6. Prizes
Three prizes will be awarded in the form of Wegmans gift cards:
First Place: $300 Wegmans gift card
Second Place: $200 Wegmans gift card
Third Place: $100 Wegmans gift card
Total prize value: $600.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with accepting a prize.
Wegmans is not a sponsor, partner, or administrator of this Contest and has not endorsed or approved it. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced on December 16, 2026, through the official Anthony Butera Team Facebook Page and may also be contacted using the email address provided with their entry.
Winners may be asked to verify their eligibility and provide any information reasonably necessary to receive their prize.
If a selected winner cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or fails to respond within a reasonable period specified by Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner and award the prize to the next eligible entry based on the final voting results.
8. Photo Rights and Permissions
Entrants retain ownership and copyright of their submitted photographs.
By entering the Contest, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, crop, adapt, and share submitted photographs for Contest-related purposes and the Sponsor's future marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
This permission applies to all submitted entries, not only winning entries. No additional compensation will be provided for such use.
Entrants represent that they own the submitted photographs or have obtained all necessary permissions from the photographer and any applicable property owner to submit the photographs and grant the rights described in these rules.
Sponsor may identify an entry publicly by the entrant's first name and community. Property addresses, email addresses, and other private contact information will not be included in public entry posts.
9. Personal Information
Information collected through the Contest will be used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, publish and manage entries, determine winners, and distribute prizes.
Sponsor will not publicly display entrants' property addresses, email addresses, or private contact information.
Entrants may have the option to separately consent to receive future marketing communications from Anthony Butera Team. Marketing consent is optional, is not required to enter or win, and does not affect the odds of winning. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Sponsor will take reasonable steps to protect personal information and retain it only as reasonably necessary for Contest administration, business, and legal purposes.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry or voting process, violates these rules, submits misleading information, or engages in conduct Sponsor determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or fake accounts to generate votes.
Purchasing votes or engagement.
Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent voting limits.
Offering money, gifts, discounts, or other incentives in exchange for votes.
Manipulating, interfering with, or attempting to manipulate the Contest or its voting process.
Submitting photographs without the necessary rights or permissions.
Sponsor reserves the right to remove entries, disregard invalid votes, or cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances compromise its integrity.
11. Facebook and Meta Disclaimer
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any responsibility or liability related to the Contest. Participants understand that they are providing their information to Anthony Butera Team and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
No Facebook or Instagram activity, including liking, following, sharing, reposting, tagging, or commenting on Sponsor content, is required to enter the Contest or improve an entrant's odds of winning. The Like reaction on an official entry photo is used only as the public voting method after entries have been submitted.
12. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; technical issues; interruptions to Facebook or other platforms; or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor disclaims responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of a prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these rules and make reasonable decisions necessary to administer the Contest fairly. Any changes to these rules will be communicated through official Sponsor channels.
