HONESTY “There’s hard conversations at times. Not having those conversations can hurt my clients bottom line. I’m respectful, but honest. That goes for all parties in a transaction. We have a duty to not only be honest with our client, but our peers and the public. There are few things more damaging than having someone tell you what you want to hear, not what’s really going on.”
COMMUNICATION “Silence is a killer. One of the most important aspects of my job, is to keep my clients updated and communicate with all parties so everyone’s on the same page. Nobody likes not having a text or email returned. Communication with your clients and peers is so important & often neglected unfortunately.”
HARDWORK “As a Bills fan, I hear “trust the process” a lot. I think a bit differently. I want my clients to trust in me, to get them through the process. And trust is something that needs to be earned. Hard work pays off. I work hard for my clients, I’m always on call, I’m always doing my best to be there for them. When something needs to get done, I do it!”
Jay uses his unique knowledge as a lifelong resident of Rochester to help serve his clients. He knows Rochester and all the suburbs. The finger Lake Region holds a special place in his heart. He assists buyers and sellers all over Monroe and the surrounding counties.
“I love it, its home and it’s a special place. I was born in Rochester, grew up in Irondequoit. Been here all my life. We raised our kids here. I can’t imagine doing it anywhere else. The finger lake region is around the corner and its spectacular, I’ve spent my summers on Keuka Lake since I was a baby. Monroe County has so many parks and museums to enjoy.
